Item 2.02 Results of Operations and Financial Condition.
On February 29, 2012, Wabash National Corporation (the “Company”) issued a press release announcing that it established a new financial reporting segment in the fourth quarter of 2011 in order to better align the Company’s external reporting with how the business is being managed internally. The Company’s new reporting structure will also provide investors with improved visibility into the Company’s operating performance. A copy of the Registrant’s press release is attached as Exhibit 99.1 and is incorporated herein by reference.
