Item 7.01 Regulation FD Disclosure
The annual Meeting of Shareholders of Pinnacle Airlines Corp. (the “Company”) will not convene at its usual time in mid-May. The Company has not yet set the date to which the meeting will be postponed. The Company will endeavor to provide reasonable notice in advance of the date when such meeting is to be scheduled.
This information shall not be deemed “filed” for purposes of Section 18 of the Securities and Exchange Act of 1934, nor shall it be deemed incorporated by reference in filings under the Securities Act of 1933.
