On February 24, 2012, Director Doug Robbins advised the Company that he will not be standing for re-election as a member of the Board of Directors of Chugach Electric Association, Inc. His decision is not the result of any disagreement between the Company and Director Robbins on any matter relating to the Company’s operations, policies or practices.
