Item 2.02 Results of Operations and Financial Condition.
On February 27, 2012, IntraLinks Holdings, Inc. issued a press release announcing its financial results for the three months and fiscal year ended December 31, 2011 and providing revenue guidance for the first quarter of 2012 (the “Press Release”). A copy of the Press Release is being furnished as Exhibit 99.1 to this Current Report and is incorporated herein by reference.
