On February 27, 2012, Valeant issued a press release announcing results of operations for the quarter and the year ended December 31, 2011 and certain other financial information as of and for the quarter and the year ended December 31, 2011. A copy of the press release is attached as Exhibit 99.1 to this report and is incorporated herein by this reference.
