On February 24, 2012, Pinnacle Airlines Corp. (the “Company”) updated its employees on the restructuring program announced on December 8, 2011.

A copy of the employee letter is furnished herewith as Exhibit 99.1 to this Current Report on Form 8-K.  This information shall not be deemed “filed” for purposes of Section 18 of the Securities and Exchange Act of 1934, nor shall it be deemed incorporated by reference in filings under the Securities Act of 1933.
