On February 23, 2012, Smart Balance, Inc. (the “Company”) issued a press release announcing information regarding its results of operations and financial condition for the quarter and the fiscal year ended December 31, 2011, the text of which is attached hereto as Exhibit 99.1 and is incorporated herein by reference.
