ServiceSource has scheduled its 2012 annual meeting of stockholders to be held on Wednesday, May 30, 2012. The time and location of the 2012 annual meeting will be provided in our definitive proxy statement relating to the 2012 annual meeting, which is expected to be mailed to stockholders beginning on or about April 13, 2012. We anticipate that the record date for determining eligibility to vote at the 2012 annual meeting will be April 2, 2012.
