On February 22, 2012, Comstock Mining Inc. (the “Company”) issued a press release announcing the that the underwriters in its previously completed offering have exercised their option to purchase an additional 1,184,211 shares to cover over-allotments at a public offering price of $1.90 per share. The press release is attached hereto as Exhibit 99.1 and incorporated herein by reference.
