On February 15, 2012, FirstFed Financial Corp. (the “Company”) filed its monthly operating report for the period beginning January 1, 2012 and ending January 31, 2012 (the “Original Report”) with the United States Bankruptcy Court for the Central District of California (the “Bankruptcy Court”). On February 16, 2012, the Company filed an amended and restated monthly operating report for the period beginning January 1, 2012 and ending January 31, 2012 (the “Amended Report”, and together with the Original Report, the “January Report”). The Original Report and the Amended Report are attached to this Current Report on Form 8-K as Exhibits 99.1 and 99.2, respectively, and incorporated by reference herein.
