On February 22, 2012, DTS, Inc. (the “Registrant”) issued a press release announcing its financial results for the quarter and twelve months ended December 31, 2011 and related information. The Registrant also posted on its website (www.dts.com) a corporate datasheet with financial results and forward-looking statements relating to its estimated fiscal year 2012 financial results and market opportunities.
