On February 21, 2012, Monro Muffler Brake, Inc. (the “Company”) announced that its Board of Directors had declared a quarterly cash dividend of $.09 per share for the fourth quarter of the Company’s 2012 fiscal year, ending March 31, 2012. The dividend will be payable on March 22, 2012 to shareholders of record as of March 12, 2012, including shares of common stock to which the holders of the Company’s Class C Convertible Preferred Stock are entitled.
