On February 21, 2012, Autoliv, Inc. (the “Company”) issued a press release announcing that the Board of Directors declared a quarterly dividend of 47 cents per share for the second quarter 2012. The dividend will be payable on Thursday, June 7, 2012 to stockholders of record on the close of business on Wednesday, May 23, 2012. The ex-date when the shares will trade without the right to the dividend will be Monday, May 21, 2012.
