Item 8.01 Other Events.
On February 16, 2012, Green EnviroTech Holdings Corp. (the “Company”) issued a press release announcing that Brian Chrisman has joined the Company as its Vice President of Business Development. A copy of the Company’s press release is attached hereto as Exhibit 99.1.
