On February 15, 2012, PremierWest Bancorp (the “Company”) announced that on February 14, 2012, the Nasdaq Stock Market (“Nasdaq”) notified the Company that it had regained compliance with Listing Rule 5550(a)(2) for continued listing on The Nasdaq Capital Market by maintaining a minimum bid price of $1.00 per share for 10 consecutive business days, and that the compliance matter raised in the December 30, 2011 Nasdaq letter is now closed.
