Item 2.02: Results of Operations and Financial Condition.
On February 16, 2012, Hyatt Hotels Corporation issued a press release announcing its results for its fiscal quarter and fiscal year ended December 31, 2011. The full text of the press release is attached as Exhibit 99.1 to this Form 8-K and is incorporated herein by reference.
