Item 2.02 Results of Operations and Financial Condition
On February 15, 2012, Intrepid Potash, Inc. issued a press release announcing its financial results for the fourth quarter and full year 2011. A copy of the press release is furnished as Exhibit 99.1 to this Current Report on Form 8-K.
