Item 7.01 – Regulation FD Disclosure
On February 15, 2012, Forest City Enterprises, Inc. (the “Company”) released an updated version of the Company’s investor presentation materials, which may be used in presentations to investors from time to time. The financial information contained in the presentation materials is presented as of October 31, 2011. A copy of the presentation materials is furnished as Exhibit 99.1 to this Current Report on Form 8-K and is incorporated herein solely for purposes of this Item 7.01.
