Item 8.01 Other Events
On February 6, 2012, AVT, Inc. received notice from the United States Securities and Exchange Commission informing the Company that the Commission has completed its review of the Company’s Registration Statement on Form 10.
On February 10, 2012, the Company submitted its 15c2-11 application with FINRA requesting that its securities be quoted on the OTC Bulletin Board.
