(b) On February 13, 2012, ZipRealty, Inc. (the "Company") announced internally that its Senior Vice President, Chief Financial Officer and Chief Accounting Officer, David A. Rector, plans to retire from the Company in the near future. A search is underway to find Mr. Rector's replacement, and Mr. Rector has indicated that he will remain in his positions with the Company until his replacement is found.
