On February 8, 2012, Viasystems Group, Inc. (“Viasystems”) issued a press release announcing Viasystems’ fourth quarter 2011 results conference call to be held on February 14, 2012 at 3:30 p.m. Eastern Time.
On February 14, 2012, Viasystems issued a press release announcing Viasystems’ fourth quarter 2011 earnings (the “Earnings Press Release”). A copy of the Earnings Press Release is attached as an exhibit hereto.
