ITEM 8.01. OTHER EVENTS
As previously reported, the Board of Directors approved the granting of 25,500 restricted stock units to each of our non-employee directors under our 2004 Equity Incentive Plan as part of the director’s compensation for services as a board member. On February 9, 2012, the Board of Directors corrected an administrative error in the vesting schedule for those restricted stock units. As corrected, one third of each director’s restricted stock units will vest each year on January 7 over a three year period, commencing on January 7, 2013, subject to each director’s continued service with us.
