Item 7.01 Regulation FD Disclosure
Representatives of Soupman, Inc., a Delaware corporation (the “Company”), will be making presentations on February 10-12, 2012 at the World Money Show in the Gaylord Palms Hotel and Convention Center in Orlando, Florida. In connection with these presentations, the Company intends to provide the materials furnished as Exhibit 99.1 hereto, which are incorporated herein by reference.
