On February 5, 2012, Joe Allbaugh resigned as a director of Ecosphere Technologies, Inc. In his letter of resignation, Mr. Allbaugh said, “I appreciate the opportunity to serve this company [and its] shareholders…My very best wishes for continued success with an incredible technology that I strongly support.”
