Item 2.02 Results of Operations and Financial Condition.
On February 8, 2012, Ingram Micro Inc. (“Ingram Micro”) issued a press release announcing its financial results for the fiscal quarter and year ended December 31, 2011. A copy of the press release and the related financial schedules are attached hereto as Exhibit 99.1, the text of which is incorporated by reference herein.
