Dr. Gerald Carlson steps down as director but Remains an Advisor to Enertopia.

Vancouver, BC—Enertopia Corporation (ENRT-OTCBB) (TOP-CNSX) (the "Company" or "Enertopia") reports that Dr. Gerald Carlson has resigned as a director of Enertopia. Dr. Carlson will remain as an advisor to the company.
