Item 2.02 – Results of Operations and Financial Condition
On February 6, 2012 Denbury Resources Inc. issued a press release announcing oil, natural gas, carbon dioxide and helium reserve information at year-end 2011, preliminary estimates of its 2011 fourth quarter production, its full-year production, and its 2011 capital expenditures. A copy of the press release is attached hereto as Exhibit 99.1.
