On February 2, 2012, the Company issued a press release announcing that Harleysville Savings Financial Corporation (the “Company”) has repurchased 123,748 of common stock of the Company in an unsolicited private transaction. A copy of the press release, dated February 2, 2012, is included as Exhibit 99.1 and is incorporated herein by reference.
