(b) On January 30, 2012, Ms. Annette Jacobs notified the Company of her intention to resign from the Board of Directors of Alaska Communications Systems Group, Inc., a Delaware corporation (the "Company") and from all committees of which she was a member. Ms. Jacobs’ resignation was effective February 1, 2012. There are no disagreements with Ms. Jacobs on any matter relating to our operations, policies or practices.
