Item 5.02 Departure of Directors or Principal Officers; Election of Directors; Appointment of Principal Officers
The Company announced that Mr. William Tighe has submitted his resignation as President and Chief Executive Officer of the Company effective February1 , 2012.. Mr. Tighe will continue to serve on the Board of Directors and consult to the Company on development of it’s Carbonate Oil Sands Properties. Mr. Guido Hilekes has been appointed to the roles as Chief Executive Officer of the Company effective February 1, 2012.
