On January 28, 2012, Richard Lindermanis, the Senior Vice President, Chief Financial Officer and a Director of Pegasi Energy Resources Corporation (the “Company”), passed away. On February 1, 2012, the Company issued a press release mourning the loss of Richard Lindermanis. A copy of the press release is furnished herewith as Exhibit 99.01.
