Item 2.02 Results of Operations and Financial Condition
On February 1, 2012, Jefferson Bancshares, Inc. (the “Company”), the holding company for Jefferson Federal Bank, announced its financial results for the three and six month periods ended December 31, 2011. The press release announcing financial results for the three and six month periods ended December 31, 2011 is included as Exhibit 99.1 and is furnished herewith.
