Item 7.01 Regulation FD Disclosure.
On January 31, 2012, Liberator, Inc. (the “Company”) issued a press release announcing the availability of a white paper on the sexual wellness market by SmallcapInsights.com. A copy of the press release is furnished herewith as Exhibit 99.1 and a copy of the white paper is furnished herewith as Exhibit 99.2.
