David A. Ayoub, CPA, has been elected as a member of the Board of Directors of Pathfinder Bank, the wholly owned subsidiary of Pathfinder Bancorp, Inc, and Pathfinder Commercial Bank, the wholly owned subsidiary of Pathfinder Bank, according to Janette Resnick, Chairman of the Board.
Mr. Ayoub is the Partner in charge of the Tax Department of Bowers and Company, CPA’s, PLLC, located in Syracuse, New York.
Pathfinder Bank is a community bank serving the central New York area for over 150 years. Pathfinder Bank is a New York State chartered savings bank headquartered in Oswego, whose deposits are insured by the Federal Deposit Insurance Corporation. The Bank has eight full-service offices located in Oswego, Fulton, Mexico, Lacona, Central Square and Cicero.
