On January 26, 2012, the Board of Directors of The Commercial and Savings Bank of Millersburg, Ohio (the “Bank”) an Ohio banking corporation and wholly-owned subsidiary of CSB Bancorp, Inc. accepted the resignation of William R. Manning, Jr., Executive Vice President, Chief Operating Officer and Chief Information Officer of the Bank, effective March 31, 2012.
