Resignation of Director
On January 25, 2012, Mr. Roger Peterson resigned from the board of directors of BlueFire Renewables, Inc. (the “Company”). Mr. Peterson’s resignation is not the result of any disagreement with the Company on any matter relating to the Company’s operations, policies or practices.
