On January 26, 2012, Union First Market Bankshares Corporation (the “Company”) issued a press release announcing its financial results for the three months and year ended December 31, 2011. A copy of the Company’s press release is attached as Exhibit 99.1 hereto and is hereby incorporated herein by reference.
