ITEM 8.01. Other Events
On January 27, 2012, the Registrant issued a press release announcing a quarterly cash dividend of 6 cents per share, payable on February 23, 2012, to shareholders of record as of the close of business on February 9, 2012. Also, the Registrant announced that it will be holding its Annual Meeting of Shareholders on Tuesday, May 15, 2012. The press release is attached to this report as Exhibit 99.1 which is incorporated herein by reference.
