On January 26, 2012, Oasis Petroleum Inc. (the “Company”) provided operational results and proved reserves for 2011, updated its financial outlook for 2011, and provided an outlook for 2012. A copy of the press release is furnished as Exhibit 99.1 to this Current Report on Form 8-K.
