San Diego, CA, January 25, 2012 – Trius Therapeutics, Inc. (Nasdaq: TSRX) today announced that it intends to offer and sell shares of its common stock in an underwritten public offering. Citigroup and Piper Jaffray & Co. are acting as joint book-running managers.
