On January 25, 2012, the Company mailed to shareholders a letter communicating L. Leon Patterson’s decision not to stand for re-election to the Board of Directors upon the expiration of his current term at the 2012 Annual Meeting of Shareholders and the selection by the Board of Directors of Michael D. Glenn to serve as Chairman of the Board of Directors for calendar year 2012. A copy of the letter to shareholders is attached hereto as Exhibit 99.1.
