On January 25, 2012, Montpelier Re Holdings Ltd. (the “Company”) issued a press release outlining its estimated fourth quarter 2011 operating loss and increase in its fully converted book value per common share, as well as the net financial impact therein of certain 2011 and prior year loss events. The press release, is attached as Exhibit 99.1 to this report and is incorporated herein by reference.
