Item 2.02 Results of Operations and Financial Condition.
On January 25, 2012, Marchex, Inc. (“Marchex”) issued a press release relating to, among other things, certain information regarding its preliminary financial results for the quarter and the year ended December 31, 2011 (the “Press Release”). The full text of the Press Release is furnished as Exhibit 99.1 to this Current Report on Form 8-K.
