On January 19, 2012, the Company filed a Certificate of Amendment of its Certificate of Incorporation with the Secretary of State of the State of Delaware pursuant to which the Company changed its name from Accelerated Acquisitions XIII, Inc. to Sowa Jisho International Inc.
