(b) On January 19, 2012, Philippe Camus notified the Chairman of the Board of Directors of Schlumberger Limited (the “Company”) of his decision not to stand for re-election to the Board of Directors at the Company’s Annual Meeting of Shareholders in 2012, due to personal commitments. Mr. Camus, who has served on the Schlumberger Board since 2007, will continue to serve as a director of the Company until its 2012 Annual Meeting of Shareholders, which is expected to be held in April 2012.
