Item 2.02 Results of Operations and Financial Condition
On January 17, 2012, PartnerRe Ltd. (the “Company”) issued a press release providing information on losses relating to the flooding in Thailand and an outlook on fourth quarter 2011 results. A copy of the press release, as well as an exhibit providing supplemental information regarding the reconciliation of non-GAAP financial measures, are attached as Exhibits 99.1 and 99.2, respectively, to this Form 8-K and are hereby incorporated by reference into this Item 2.02.
