On January 20, 2012, the Company held an earnings conference call. In response to a question, Management incorrectly indicated that loan originations and loans sold for the quarter ended December 31, 2011 were $156 million and $64 million, respectively, which were the amounts for the quarter ended December 31, 2010. The correct amounts of loan originations and loans sold for the quarter ended December 31, 2011 are $92 million and $39 million, respectively. These amounts were correctly reported in the Company’s press release dated January 19, 2012.
