On January 18, 2012, Stryker Corporation (the Company) announced that Stryker Biotech had reached a settlement with the U.S. Attorney's office for the District of Massachusetts. A copy of the Company's press release announcing this settlement is furnished with this Current Report as Exhibit 99.1 and is incorporated herein by reference.
