On January 19, 2012, The Bank of Kentucky Financial Corporation (the “Company”) issued a press release reporting financial results for the fourth quarter and year ended December 31, 2011 (the “Press Release”). A copy of the Press Release is being furnished as Exhibit 99.1 to this Report and is incorporated into this Report by reference.
