Poage Bankshares, Inc. (the “Company”) has announced that on January 17, 2012, the Board of Directors of the Company declared a quarterly cash dividend of $0.04 per share of the Company’s common stock. The dividend will be paid on or about February 14, 2012, to stockholders of record as of the close of business on January 30, 2012.
